Colour - Pale straw.
Nose - Fragrant aromas of juicy peach with hints of crisp red apple.
Palate -This delicate sparkling wine shows lovely fruit
fragrances of green apple and pear. The lively bubbles
accompanied by a soft creaminess of nutty yeast
provide a refreshing crisp finish.
Serving Suggestion - A Sparkling is best served chilled and well suited with
a wide range of food especially fresh seafood. Perfect
as an aperitif to celebrate any occasion.
Maturation - The classic sparkling grapes of Chardonnay and Pinot
Noir were carefully selected and blended specifically
for this wine. Using these two varieties has added
complexity and depth to the wine while still maintaining
impressive fruit flavours.
