How do I make an order?

How much is delivery?
Each product has a postage and handling charge allocated to it to cover the freight and handling costs of delivering the product(s) to your home or office. This charge (per item) is displayed at the time you have selected product(s) to order for your shopping cart or when you start to place your order.
All final prices quoted over the phone include freight and handling to your door.
How do I pay?
You can pay via PayPal or on-line by using one of the following credit cards:
Is online payment safe?
BigPond Shopping is secured by SecurePay. We do not store or keep your credit card details on our systems for our records.
When will I receive my goods?
Unless advised otherwise, please allow 10 working days for delivery. Delivery time depends on the product availability, the manufacturer and your location. Delivery is in Australia only. Some products (such as laptops) may take longer to deliver.
Are the goods covered by manufacturer's warranty?
Goods bought through BigPond Shopping may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Details about any manufacturer’s warranty will be displayed on the BigPond Shopping website from time to time.
What if I wish to return the faulty/damaged goods?
If goods are delivered damaged or faulty, simply email email@example.com.
Why are you not able to get this brand/product?
Certain brands and models are exclusive to certain retail outlets and therefore may not be available to us. Other reasons may also prevent us from being able to obtain a particular brand/product. Where this is the case, we will try to offer alternative brands.
Who are your suppliers/where do you get your products from?
We have over 50 major suppliers (including retail, wholesale or manufacturer suppliers). Our suppliers all work with us to help us offer the most competitive prices to our members.
I believe I have seen this product advertised at a better price, can you beat it?
We closely monitor and update all our product prices to ensure BigPond Shopping offers competitive pricing. If you think our prices are not competitive simply let us know and we will do our best to negotiate more competitive prices with our suppliers.
How/When will I get my receipt?
If you order a product over the BigPond Shopping website, an electronic copy of your Offer Confirmation will be sent to the email you provided to us. However, an Offer Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way. We will accept your order only when products are despatched.
Why don't you have this item in stock (I have already paid for it)?
BigPond Shopping does not carry stock. We use our best efforts to ensure our suppliers normally have products in stock. If, after you have placed your order, the product you have ordered is no longer available, we will notify you as soon as possible via email, you will have the option to cancel your order at that time and receive a refund for any amounts you have paid.
Can I have a weekend delivery/non business hours delivery?
Depending on your location and the products you are ordering, we may be able to work with our suppliers to arrange a weekend delivery. This would incur extra delivery charges.
Will the product be installed/old product taken away?
Our service does not provide installation or removal of old appliances. This is your responsibility.
Can I pick up the product if it is near by to reduce time of delivery?
Our service is an online shopping service from order to delivery. We cannot arrange for customer pick up of their order.
