Christmas Delivery Guidelines
Upon receiving a Christmas promotional offer, please refer to the delivery guidelines.
To ensure a pre-Christmas delivery please order by 4.00pm on the below dates.
All customers are advised that there is a change to the Delivery Policy to BigPond Shopping and the Refunds and Returns Policy effective 1st January 2011.
BigPond Shopping delivers products to Australia. Please check the product description for details of any restrictions or conditions relating to delivery locations.
Unfortunately, we are unable to give a guaranteed time of delivery until we receive payment from you in full and can organise for despatch. Once an order is successfully paid for by you and we determine to accept your Order we will despatch the products to you. Products will be delivered on our behalf either by the manufacturer of the product ("Suppliers") or a delivery agent used by them ("Carriers"). As a guide only, Carriers or Suppliers will attempt to deliver by 10 working days after we receive payment from you in full. At the time of despatch we will use our best endeavours to provide you with an estimated date and time for delivery of all products and to have your products delivered to you within the estimated date (depending on the availability of the item(s) ordered). As a guide only, Carriers or Suppliers will attempt to deliver between the hours of 9am and 5 pm on weekdays. Carriers and Suppliers will not normally deliver on weekends. If you require this, please contact us and we will use our best endeavours to assist. Weekend delivery will incur extra costs.
If your purchase is a laptop, desktop computer package, please note your delivery period can be up to 15 working days.
If your purchase is a Magazine Subscription, please note delivery period to receive your first issue can be up to 6-12 weeks.
If delivery cannot be signed for, the Carrier or Supplier will leave a card requesting you to contact them to arrange a mutually convenient time for pickup or delivery. In some circumstances, the Carrier or Supplier may deliver your product through the registered post.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense or provide any refund.
If you have ordered more than one product and/or products of different Suppliers, they may arrive at different times and via different methods of transport.
If there are any delays with your order, please email email@example.com for a prompt answer. We will lodge enquiries with the Supplier and/or Carrier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
While we make every effort to deliver on the days and within the times estimates all dates specified are estimates only. Delivery dates are quoted in good faith from information received from Suppliers and Carriers.
